Job Duties

Enhance, customize, integrate, and maintain existing Salesforce application and related systems with test automation capacity. Working closely with affected groups and stakeholders, maintaining and supporting customizations and fixes designed to streamline internal business processes related to customer care support and service operations, including the integration of Salesforce with various internal systems. Involved in Service cloud project development and testing the Salesforce automation environment. Proficient in Salesforce platform quality functions, including quality artifacts, test cases, test scripts, and test plans. Build customer service and marketing applications on Salesforce Platform with Quality. Integrate Salesforce with third party applications. Automate and execute Ecommerce use cases. Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable. Creating use cases to ensure that all functional requirements of a system are captured during the product design phase. Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of overall system. Define test methods and create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements. Ensure that defects in the software products have been corrected and document results of tests.

Job Requirements

Required Master’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (any), or any related field. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
